A "No" outcome requires the all time high price of CUB to remain below $5.01 until after 12:00 AM UTC June 1st, 2021 according to https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/cub-finance/.
  • If the price of CUB reaches $5.01 or higher before the market close time at 12:00 AM UTC May 7th, 2021 then the market shall be ruled invalid and all shares refunded upon event expiration. If https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/cub-finance/ is unavailable or not updated at the time the market closes, oracles can use https://www.coingecko.com/en/coins/cub-finance for verifying the ATH price. If neither site is available for verification then the market is ruled invalid.
